May 12, 2026"Chips are always fresh. Sometimes a bit over salted but not terribly so. Burgers etc always hot and well constructed except they could stand to add more lettuce for freshness. Would be good if they put up a sign of all their drinks on the drive thru window or turned the fridge. Customer service is always good too. Overall would recommend, this place hasn't missed a beat everytime we've gone there - it's all about the fresh chips!"

May 07, 2026"Firstly, I like to compliment the service staff, Chole for her amazing service. We were unsure on the deals and food flavours and she patiently explained and suggested some great deals. She always smiled and was happy to assist. Thank you for your kindness. The food had some hits and misses. Chole's recommendation of the hot honey crispy chicken piece was great. They were tasty and decently crunchy. The chicken portions were nice and large. Tks for making a fresh batch after the oil cleaning cycle. The fries upon request had no salt added and it was as to expectation. The triple bacon burger wasn't that good. The wrappers were oily when we took them out of the bag. The burger flavour didn't seem to gel well together. The mash potato in gravy wasn't smooth but chunky and stuck together. Flavour was as expected. I have to say without a doubt this is the best Red Rooster restaurant we have ever been to. Food is always fresh and cooked to order, staff are lovely and it has always been a positive experience.
